Bijelo Dugme, the most popular rock band that ever existed in the former Yugoslavia, opens the new season on Krk. On June 19, 2026, at the Diamond Club in Malinska, the legendary group plays live as part of the spectacular summer opening, with a second date on June 20.
The group, formed in Sarajevo in 1974, is one of the names that defined the music of an entire region. Bijelo Dugme's hits became an inescapable soundtrack for several generations, and their songs are still sung at every celebration from Skopje to Zagreb. To mark 50 years of existence, the band has reunited on stage with Alen Islamović and Tifa on vocals, bringing back the energy of the original shows.
In recent years the Diamond Club on Krk has turned into one of the summer hotspots of the regional pop scene - this season Lepa Brena, Nataša Bekvalac and other big names pass through it as well. Bijelo Dugme's show is billed as a night full of the biggest hits and an energy that keeps the crowd on its feet until morning.
Tickets are sold through entrio.hr for around 30 euros, and the event is reserved for audiences over 18. The concert is in Croatia, on the island of Krk, for readers planning a summer trip to the Adriatic.
