The Italian DJ Cristina Lazic is the headline name of the „Aliens in the Park vol.2” party on August 22, 2026 at Vidas Art Arena in Sofia. It starts at 16:00, which means an afternoon open-air party rather than a late club night.
Lazic was born in Italy, grew up in London and lives in Milan today, and the sound she builds moves between minimal deep tech and melodic groove structures. She has played Hï Ibiza, Koko, Exit Festival, Get Lost and SunWaves, and released music on labels such as Crosstown Rebels and Bedrock.
The road to the DJ booth was not a straight one. She had a corporate career, including a stint at Google, and came back to music during maternity leave when she enrolled in a formal DJ course. She later founded her own platform, La Zic, which is a label but also a mentorship programme for unknown DJs, with the explicit aim of narrowing the gender imbalance of the minimal scene.
Alongside Lazic, the poster lists the Sofia DJ Pepu, plus Shenk, Yori and Emilian. Vidas Art Arena is a Sofia open-air venue that through 2026 has hosted names like Judas Priest and GusGus. The August date closes the outdoor summer cycle before the season moves indoors, and the fact that the series has reached a second edition means the first one went well. Tickets are around 20 euros via bilet.bg, roughly 1,232 denars.
