Đava Fest runs from August 27 to 30 on the plateau in front of the Museum of Novi Sad, at Petrovaradin Fortress. On the first night, August 27 at 20:00, Boris Režak and Aleksandra Radović perform. A ticket for the first day is around 630 denars, and a pass for both concert nights around 1,450 denars.
The organisers expect more than 60,000 visitors across the four days. The daytime programme is free for everyone and includes up to 150 small producers and craftspeople, arranged into food and drink zones, lifestyle content and children's activities. The concerts begin at 20:00 and are ticketed separately.
Aleksandra Radović is one of the most recognisable Serbian pop performers of the past two decades, with a career built on ballads that outlast trends. Boris Režak comes from the other side of the same scene, closer to the entertainment and pop-folk tradition, and has several appearances in Serbia this year, among them the Summer Stage at Palić.
Petrovaradin Fortress is an address the region associates with Exit, but the plateau in front of the Museum is a smaller, more intimate space than the main festival stages. That is an advantage for a concert with two names on the bill instead of twenty.
Skopje to Novi Sad is about six hours by car, which makes a four-day festival a workable weekend plan. Tickets through tickets.rs and Gigstix.
