TBF, The Bastardz and A-Te play on November 7 at Bočarski dom in Zagreb, at the second edition of the club programme Velika Frka. Doors at 20:00, the early ticket costs 25 euros or around 1,540 denars, and the VIP ticket 35 euros with a mandatory table reservation.
TBF, full name The Beat Fleet, was founded in Split in 1990. The line-up is Aleksandar Antić on vocals, lyrics, samples and accordion, Mladen Badovinac on vocals and samples, Luka Barbić on vocals, keyboards and samples, Ognjen Pavlović on bass, Nikša Mandalinić on electric guitar and Nikola Vidović on drums.
The band counts as one of the most experimental acts in Croatia and beyond. Their influences come from reggae, the British trip hop scene, electronica and experimental music, and the style they built over the years they named ping pong - a mix of reggae, afrobeat, hip hop, rap rock, alternative rock, dub and trip hop. They have released six albums, among them „Ping-Pong (Umjetnost zdravog đira)” from 1997, „Maxon universal” from 2004, „Galerija Tutnplok” from 2007 and „Pistaccio Metallic” from 2011.
Bočarski dom is a sports hall in Prisavlje in Zagreb that is regularly used for concerts of this scale. The event runs into the early hours of November 8, people with disabilities enter free of charge, and tickets are via entrio.hr.
