Goca Tržan sings on November 4 in the Blue Hall of Sava Centar in Belgrade. Tickets are 2,500 dinars through tickets.rs, and the start is at 8 pm.
Tržan was born in Belgrade in 1974 and is a singer, actress and television presenter. In 1994 she joined Tap 011 alongside Ivana Pavlović, and together they turned the band from rap toward pop. From that period came Jeti Šumadinac, Dosadan dan, Okreni broj 95, Sto dana u mesecu, Mentol, Laži me and Panika, songs that thirty years later still get played at every gathering of that generation.
She left the group in early 1999, and that same year her first solo album U niskom letu came out on PGP RTS. The second record, Želim da se promenim from 2001 on City Records, contains 1200 milja, a duet with Toše Proeski. It is one of the songs through which the Macedonian audience got to know her, at a time when Toše was still at the beginning. Then came Peta strana sveta in 2002, Otrov u čaj in 2004, Plavi ram in 2008 and the maxi single Mastilo in 2010.
The Blue Hall of Sava Centar is a stage that suits her, big enough for a full production and enclosed enough for a repertoire that is half nostalgia, half current pop. Her former colleagues from Tap 011 have appeared at her concerts in the same hall before.
Tickets are 2,500 dinars, on sale through tickets.rs.
