Zagreb hard rock band Hard Time marks 35 years with a big concert at the Boogaloo club on November 6 at 8 p.m. Special guests and former members are announced, with whom the band will run through its entire career.

Hard Time was founded in Zagreb in 1991, during the war, and its roots lie in the group "Teško vrijeme", active from 1984 to 1987. The only member of the original line-up is singer and guitarist Gordan Penava Pišta, also known as the creator of the TV show "Metal Manija", which promoted hard rock and heavy metal in Croatia for years.

The band draws on eighties American rock, so it was often called the Croatian version of Bon Jovi and Mötley Crüe. In 1992 it became the first Croatian band shown on MTV's Headbangers Ball, in 2005 it played Germany's Wacken festival, and it opened for Motörhead in Pula. The discography is modest in number: "Kiss My Ass and Go to Hell" (1993), "Kad poludim" (1996), "No.3" (2006) and the live album from Jabuka (2008). The number of albums was never the measure of this band - the stage is.

Tickets cost 10 euros (about 616 denars) plus fees and are sold via entrio.hr. Boogaloo is on Ulica grada Vukovara in Zagreb, Croatia.
