Hood Vibes Fest, the biggest regional festival of homegrown hip-hop, lands in Belgrade on September 5 at the Belgrade Fair. For rap fans across the region this is the year's main event - a festival that grows with every edition and pulls in an ever-larger crowd.
Hood Vibes has run in Belgrade for several years straight, driven by the Belgrade rap duo Bigru and Paja Kratak. It has grown into a brand that reaches beyond Belgrade, with editions in Novi Sad, and become the place where the biggest names of the regional hip-hop scene meet. The Belgrade Fair, with its huge capacity, lets the festival pack thousands of visitors into one venue.
Festivals like this are more than a concert - they're a gathering of an entire scene and its audience, with multiple acts, a charged atmosphere and the sense of community hip-hop has always cultivated. For the region's rap crowd, this is an event worth travelling for.
Tickets run from around 1,579 denars and are available via tickets.rs. The festival is at the Belgrade Fair, in the evening hours.
