Irina Florin celebrates the album "V treto litse" ("In the Third Person") with a concert at FOMO club in Sofia on November 21, 2026. Twenty-five years have passed since its release, and the Bulgarian pop scene still remembers "Dokoga", "Moga" and the title track. The night is also the official launch of the vinyl reissue, remastered as a collector's edition.
The album came out in 2001 and was no ordinary pop project. Six of its songs became singles and topped the Bulgarian charts, and in 2002 the record won the "Album of the Year" award from MM TV, BG Radio and BNT Forte. Its sound was largely shaped by composer Momchil Kolev, known from the duo "Doni i Momchil" and the band "Klas". The lyrics of "Dokoga" were written by Vanya Shtereva, while "Moga" and "V treto litse" are credited to Ina Grigorova. Georgi Georgiev and Svilen Noev from Ostava, Nufri and Grafa also took part in the production.
When one pop album brings together so many names from the alternative scene, the result rarely sounds safe. That's why "V treto litse" is still mentioned today as one of the boldest records of Bulgarian pop at the turn of the century. "Dokoga" also got a second life: in summer 2025 DJ Silver Ivanov turned it into a club remix.
On the FOMO stage will be almost everyone who made the record: special guests are Momchil Kolev, Vanya Shtereva, Stanley, Georgi Georgiev and Svilen Noev. Irina Florin will be accompanied by Yoana Marinova on vocals, Hristo Kostov on guitars, Martin Stoyanov - Martist on keys and programming and Vladislav Zidarov on drums. How often does an album from a quarter of a century ago return to the stage with its creators, not just the singer?
Doors open at 7 p.m., and the concert starts at 8 p.m. FOMO is a club with an intimate atmosphere, so there aren't many places. The organiser is Fest Team, and tickets are sold through the Ticket Station network, with details on festteam.bg.
