Jakimovski: In 100 Days in Karpos There Would Be No Numbers - Just Completed Projects

Former mayor of the Municipality of Karpos Stevcho Jakimovski directed sharp criticism at the current local government after its first hundred days in office. Through social media, he presented a list of projects he claims would have been completed had he won the elections.

Jakimovski pointed out that the "Majski Cvet" kindergarten in Taftalidzhe 1 would have been operational, "Prolet" near Kanela would have been in its final phase, and the sports hall at the "Dimov Hadzhi Dimov" primary school would have been opened. In addition, several streets would have been reconstructed, sewage problems in Bardovci and on Lovkenska street resolved, and multi-storey garages in Karpos 1 and 2 would have been built.

"It's not about the days, but about dedication. Those who know — act. Those who don't — count," Jakimovski wrote, directing his criticism squarely at the current mayor who marked 100 days in office.

The current administration in Karpos did not directly respond to Jakimovski's criticism. The debate reflects broader frustration among some residents who expected faster implementation of promised infrastructure projects.
