Kristijan Rahimovski promotes his new album "Putnik" at Zagreb's Sax club on November 12 at 9 p.m. Doors open at 8 p.m., and he'll be on stage with his band.

Rahimovski is the son of Aki Rahimovski, the singer of Parni Valjak, who was with the band from 1975 until his death in 2022. Kristijan is the only child from Aki's first marriage and, like his father, works in music. Still, he presents "Putnik" as the start of a more mature and more personal phase in his career.

The album was released on the Loud Digital label, with lyrics by Marko Lasić Nered and production by Natko Smoljan. The story began with the title ballad "Putnik", performed at the Zagreb Festival, about a love that is real but simply not meant to work out. "Gorim" followed, then "Nemaš me ko nekad", performed at "Melodije Jadrana", and "Ako me voliš", shot on Zlatni Rat beach. Being the son of a voice everyone in the region knows is both an advantage and a burden, and the album is an attempt to set that burden down.

Tickets cost 10 euros (about 616 denars) plus fees and are sold via entrio.hr. Sax is in the centre of Zagreb, Croatia.
