MagMa Festival 2026 returns to the Mrežnica river near Generalski Stol in central Croatia. From August 11 to 16, at the back-to-basics Sound & Vision camp, this edition of a festival that describes itself as a „Balkan medicine festival“ takes place - a week-long electronic gathering built around music, connection and nature, by the river, well away from the urban buzz.
This is not your classic city festival with a big stage and headliners splashed across a poster. MagMa builds a different model - a multi-day stay in nature, electronic sound flowing around the clock, and a crowd that shows up as much for the setting as for the music. Camping by the Mrežnica is part of the experience, not an add-on to it. The format is familiar to anyone who follows these retreat festivals across the Balkans and beyond.
The Mrežnica, with its clear cascades, is one of the most beautiful spots for a summer festival in Croatia. The blend of nature and electronic music is exactly what sets this event apart from the offerings on the coast - you don't come here just for a party, but for a multi-day experience where the landscape matters as much as the line-up.
Tickets are available through entrio.hr, and details of the full programme are published on the festival's channels. For lovers of electronic music who want something other than a beach club, Generalski Stol in mid-August offers an alternative.
