Matija Cvek, one of the most emotive voices of the new Croatian pop scene, performs on July 18 at Kamerlengo Castle in Trogir. The singer, known for blending pop, rock and soul, brings a concert to a historic location on the Dalmatian coast.
Cvek, born in Zagreb in 1993, made his name through the HRT show "A strana", and the public also noticed him as a backing vocalist for Jacques Houdek at Eurovision 2017 with the song "My Friend". Since then he has built a solo career grounded in emotive ballads and dynamic performances that fuse pop, rock and soul influences.
His debut studio album "Izbirljivo i namjerno" (2021) went straight to the top of the Croatian album chart, confirming him as one of the most promising names on the home scene. His powerful, warm vocal and sincere approach to performing have earned him a loyal following, and his concerts are known for their emotion and energy.
Tickets are available via ulaznice.hr. The concert is at Kamerlengo Castle in Trogir, a historic fortress on the coast, in the evening hours.
