Zagreb's Peti Kupe club has one of the most serious club line-ups of the autumn on October 23. At the "Imogen" party Matthew Johnson and Charles Webster play, with support from locals Ilija Rudman and Ivan Ljutić. The night starts at 11 p.m.

Matthew Johnson is a Berlin-based Canadian musician and producer, one of the most important Canadian names in minimal techno. He had key singles on Richie Hawtin's M_nus label and runs his own label, Wagon Repair. His 2005 track "Decompression", made after a week at Burning Man, was one of the most controversial tracks of the year, with its heavy bass frequencies. With friends Tyger Dhula and Danuel Tate he founded the improvised live electronics group Cobblestone Jazz.

Charles Webster is a Brit from Matlock who started making music at 15 in Sheffield's electronic bands. In the eighties he worked in the studio with Derrick May, Juan Atkins and Kevin Saunderson, and under the alias Megatonk recorded the club classic "Belgium". In 1993 he left for San Francisco, where he founded the label Love From San Francisco. He has also recorded as Presence and Furry Phreaks, and today runs Miso Records.

First-phase tickets cost 23 euros (about 1,417 denars) plus fees and are sold via entrio.hr, with tickets also available at the door. Peti Kupe is on Trnjanska cesta in Zagreb, Croatia.
