Parliament votes today on the appointment of Judge Nenad Saveski as the new state public prosecutor. The session is scheduled for 11 a.m., and an absolute majority of 61 votes is required.

Saveski is currently a judge at the Basic Criminal Court in Skopje. He was selected by the Government from among four candidates.

Prime Minister Mickoski said he does not know him personally but believes he would be an "excellent prosecutor".
