The Bosnian comedy "Selo moje lepše od Pariza" ("My Village Is Prettier Than Paris") plays Akademija 28 in Belgrade on October 20 from 8 p.m. The leads are Adnan Alić and Melisa Čeliković, and the production is by Trio Media.

The show premiered on October 31, 2025 in Paris and then set off on a tour of Bosnia and Herzegovina. After the first sold-out tour, the production brought it back to stages in 14 Bosnian towns. Now the hit comedy reaches Belgrade too.

He's Bosnian, she's French, and together they arrive in his home village "on holiday". He grew up where the day is measured by the rooster and by when the cows go out to graze. She is a born Parisienne who learned his language out of love, but has never seen this side of him. For him - a homecoming, the smell of meadows and home cooking. For her - culture shock: hay, manure, an outhouse, a squat toilet, opanci and sheep under the window. Can love survive without asphalt, a coffee machine and city luxuries? And can a village really be prettier than Paris?
