Skillet, the American rock band from Memphis, Tennessee and one of the most successful Christian rock acts of the 2000s, comes to Sofia on May 14, 2026. The show takes place at the Arena 8888 sports hall as part of their European Tour 2026.

The band, active since 1996, is built around the married couple John and Korey Cooper together with guitarist Seth Morrison and drummer Jen Ledger. The global breakthrough came in 2009 with the album Awake and the single Monster, which went triple platinum in the US and became one of the most-played rock singles of the 2010s. With 12 studio albums, 12 million records sold, two Grammy nominations and hits like Hero, Awake and Alive, Rebirthing and Whispers in the Dark, Skillet is one of the defining names of modern hard rock.
