The Slick party opens the going-out season at the Zagreb club Peti kupe on October 10. The organisers say the last edition there got talked about too much to start anywhere else, and this time the night runs until 5 in the morning.

The line-up is regional. DJ Blair Lea comes from Serbia, and this is her third Slick appearance this year - the organisers make no secret that she is their favourite. Vittori comes from Slovenia with baile funk, Miami bass and amapiano, and the organisers point out he has a sold-out party in Rio de Janeiro behind him. Croatian DJ Lucija, first on the bill, opens the night.

Genre-wise, Slick stands on R&B, baile funk and trap, with a set designed for dancing from the first song to the last, with no gentle warm-up. How long before baile funk becomes the main event rather than a late-night niche?

Doors at 23:00. Early tickets at 12 euros are sold out, regular ones cost 15 euros, about 924 denars, and the final batch 18 euros, about 1,109 denars. Sales are on entrio.hr, and Peti kupe is at Trnjanska cesta 5 in Zagreb.
