Mayor of Centar Municipality Goran Gerasimovski inspected the ongoing reconstruction works on Svetozar Markovic Street in the Novo Maalo neighborhood. The project covers 1,310 square meters and 210 meters of street length, where new asphalt is currently being laid.

The project includes: roadway widening, new curbs and sidewalks, new street lighting, as well as installation of new stormwater and sewage drainage. The reconstruction fully renews the infrastructure of this street, providing better conditions for traffic and pedestrians.

"In Centar, concrete projects are being realized with the standards that citizens deserve. Every well-maintained street is a step toward a more developed and safer municipality," Mayor Gerasimovski stated during the on-site inspection.

This is part of a broader reconstruction program for Centar Municipality. Work on Miroslav Krleza Street in Debar Malo is also underway simultaneously, with plans for the reconstruction of the second direction of Lenin Street as well.
