The Frajle play Kaštel in Pula on August 10, 2026, starting at 9 pm, as part of their Bohemian tour. The historic fortress above the town is a stage the vocal group from Novi Sad has been working on the Adriatic for several seasons now, and much of the tour is already sold out.

The Frajle is a three-piece all-female acoustic group from Novi Sad: sisters Jelena and Nevena Buča and Slavica Ljujić. The group was founded in the summer of 2009, and they took the name to underline their Vojvodina roots. Their style combines pop sensibility, swing rhythms and Pannonian emotion with witty lyrics, multi-part harmony singing and a stage energy that has been their trademark from the start. Music critics call their style Vojvodina tango and female bećarac.

What sets them apart from others on the regional scene is that the concert, not the album, is their main product. They hold an audience's attention performing numbers that move stylistically from čardaš through pop rock to chanson, a range few groups can carry across a single evening. They have released four studio albums, the first with original material being „Naš prvi album sa putovanja”, put out by PGP Serbia and Aquarius Records Croatia. They have performed across the region, and also in the USA, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Hungary, Canada and France.

Two days earlier, on August 8, The Frajle also play Kastav. Tickets for Pula are 30 euros, roughly 1,848 denars, plus a booking fee, through entrio.hr.
