Van Gogh, one of the most significant Serbian and ex-Yugoslav rock groups, is marking 40 years of existence with a concert in Zagreb. On Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Club Boogaloo, the Belgrade band takes the stage with guests, on a night that ties together four decades of their catalogue, starting at 8 p.m. with a special guest program.

Van Gogh was formed in Belgrade in 1986, and through all those years the band's pillars remain singer and guitarist Zvonimir Djukic Djule and drummer Srboljub Radivojevic. From alternative beginnings to the status of one of the most representative names in Serbian rock, the group has built a sound recognizable for its melancholic, poetic lyrics and melodies that stick. Djukic, as songwriter and frontman, is one of the central figures of the regional rock scene.

The Zagreb show comes after an eight-year break in the Croatian capital - the band previously played at Tvornica kulture, and now returns to the more intimate setting of Boogaloo. Appearing as special guest is the group Grad, and the evening is rounded off with an eighties-spirit party. The concert was rescheduled from its original date due to a two-month absence of a band member, and previously bought tickets remain valid.
