The vocal group Sonas celebrate their tenth birthday with a concert at Rijeka's Pogon on 9 October. The night is called SONAS X, it starts at 21:00, and tickets cost 12 euros, roughly 739 denars.

Sonas are a Rijeka women's vocal group who have spent a decade building a repertoire one song at a time. The organisers are billing the evening as a celebration of ten years of music, emotion and shared moments built through singing.

For an ensemble of this kind, ten years is more than a round number. Vocal groups in this region usually last exactly as long as their members' student years, so a line-up that has outlived that phase has an audience turning up for the music rather than out of friendship.
