After more than a decade of silence, the legends of Macedonian rock are returning to the big stage. Memorija announce a spectacle at the "Jane Sandanski" Sports Centre in Skopje on October 23, 2026 - the band's first joint appearance since 2016.
Memorija is a band with deep roots. Founded in 1984, over nearly four decades many musicians have passed through its ranks, but the constant remained Petar Georgievski - Pero Kamikaza, the leader and only permanent member. With their debut album "Ogan pod ѕvezdite" and hits that became part of the Macedonian rock canon, the band established itself as perhaps the most homegrown rock'n'roll group we have - a group whose songs run on love and respect for their own values, for the people and for the land.
The concert is not just a performance, but part of a wider project. Alongside the show, a 12-episode documentary series is in production by KLS and MRT, telling not only Memorija's story but the development of Macedonian rock'n'roll across the decades. For the generations that grew up on these songs, it is more than a concert - it is the return of an era.
The organisers promise top-tier stage design, guest appearances by well-known names from the Macedonian scene, and hits that connect several generations. Tickets range from 600 to 1,000 denars via karti.com.mk, and the concert starts at 8 p.m.
