MESTIZA, the Spanish female electronic duo of Lara Alvarez and Marta Benvent, lands in Sofia on December 11, 2026. The show takes over Inter Expo Centre, Hall 4, as an event under the AURA brand - the same festival bringing Armin van Buuren and Alok to Sofia's airport park back in June. Local support comes from DJ Diass and Dimo BG.
The Barcelona-based duo is one of the most recognisable names on Spain's contemporary electronic scene. Their sound is a signature mix of latino-flavoured house, melodic techno and tech-house with flamenco influences and clear elements of afro-latin percussion. Active only since 2020, they've quickly become one of the most booked acts on the Ibiza and Mediterranean festival circuit. Tracks like Cienfuegos, Espontaneo and Bombay define their style.
The concert is built as a long-format club night - doors open at 22:30 and the night ends at 06:00. Inter Expo Centre is a large complex in northern Sofia with capacity for serious club shows. MESTIZA's staging adds visual installations, costumes and the kind of global aesthetic that sets them apart from standard DJ sets.
Tickets are available via ticketstation.bg starting at 66 euros. The show is on Friday night, December 11, 2026. For Macedonian fans of contemporary latino-influenced electronic music, this is one of the biggest chances to catch it in the neighbourhood this autumn and winter.
