Nina Badric performs at HNK Ivan pl. Zajc in Rijeka on 10 October 2026 at 19:30, at a charity concert titled "Nasi ljudi, nasa su snaga". Tickets run from 40 to 55 euros through mojekarte.hr, and the entire proceeds go to support programmes for women with breast cancer.
The organiser is the Srce za nju association, and the date was picked on purpose - October is breast cancer awareness month. The programme is carried by one of Croatia's best-known singers, built around the hits the whole region knows: "Carobno jutro", "Takvi kao ti", "Rekao si", "Lozinka za raj" and "Dani i godine".
Badric has been singing since the early nineties and appeared four times at Dora, Croatia's Eurovision selection - seventh in 1993 with "Ostavljam te", tenth in 1994, eighteenth in 1995 and second in 2003 with "Carobno jutro". She finally made Eurovision itself in 2012 in Baku with "Nebo", finishing twelfth in the second semi-final.
The risk at a charity concert is always the same: the audience comes for the cause rather than the music, and the evening ends up feeling like a ceremony. With Badric that risk is smaller - twenty-five years on stage behind her, she does not sing differently because the money lands in somebody else's account. The Ivan pl. Zajc theatre in Rijeka is a room with proper acoustics, which for her voice counts for more than it does for most.
