The Veils, the British-New Zealand indie rock band formed by frontman Finn Andrews, come to Sofia on November 4, 2026. The concert will take place at Sofia Live Club as part of their European tour.
The band has been active since 2001 in London. Finn Andrews (born 1984) - son of Barry Andrews of XTC and Shriekback - is the songwriter and frontman. With 6 studio albums (The Runaway Found, Nux Vomica, Sun Gangs, Time Stays We Go, Total Depravity, And Out of the Void Came Love), they have cult status in the indie rock genre. Their style is recognisable for its dramatic arrangements, gothic themes and poetic lyrics. Their songs have been used on the soundtrack of Paul Thomas Anderson's 2014 film Inherent Vice.
The setlist covers material from the latest album And Out of the Void Came Love (2023), along with classics from the early catalogue. Sofia Live Club is one of the most recognisable club venues for acoustic and alternative events in Sofia.
Tickets are available through eventim.bg at 50 leva. The concert starts at 21:00 on Wednesday, November 4, 2026. For Macedonian fans of British indie rock, this is one of the key dates in the neighbourhood.
