Plenty of viewers ran into technical trouble tonight while trying to watch the World Cup final on TV Arena Premium. The signal cut out repeatedly over the course of the match.

With the interruptions coming so often, some viewers simply could not follow the game without disruption - and the frustration spilled straight onto social media.

Footage from the scene shows the on-screen signal-loss message while people wait for the broadcast to come back.

So far there is no official word from TV Arena Premium on what caused the technical problems, or when the signal will be fully stabilised.
