Bojan Velevski brings the finale of his stand-up tour to Skopje on 17 November with the show "Chat GPT and the Macedonians", at Restoran Park. The premise flips the global panic on its head: while the world asks whether artificial intelligence will replace us, the show asks whether Chat GPT will survive the Macedonians at all.

Velevski is an actor who has built an audience over recent years with a large tour across Macedonia, written by Bozidar Bozinovski, known as Modzo. That tour passed through Prilep, Strumica, Kavadarci, Gevgelija, Kocani, Kumanovo, Radovis and Ohrid, where tickets sold out, and on the first three dates alone he drew close to two thousand people. His material is distilled from more than two hundred performances, which means what reaches the stage has already been tested on an audience that does not forgive.

The new show is again a collaboration with Bozinovski and runs along a line anyone working in tech in Macedonia recognises instantly: the smartest system in the world on one side, and on the other a country that still half believes some problems get solved with a folk spell, a betting shop and the question of whether there is parking. The organisers stress that the room is laid out as a theatre auditorium and that there is no restaurant service, which is useful information for a venue whose name suggests the opposite.

The event is on 17 November at 8pm at Restoran Park in Skopje. Tickets start at 600 denars through kupikarta.com. It is a seated format with limited capacity, so this is not an evening to decide on the day itself.
