Swede Eagle-Eye Cherry plays Zagreb's Boogaloo club on December 3, and it is his first ever show in Croatia. After almost three decades of waiting, the man behind "Save Tonight" is finally coming to a country where that song was on every radio station.

Cherry is a Swedish musician and the half-brother of singer Neneh Cherry. The breakthrough came with his 1997 debut album "Desireless", whose lead single "Save Tonight" turned into an international phenomenon and climbed to the top of the charts around the world.

What makes "Save Tonight" more interesting than the average nineties hit is that the song survived three generations without becoming a parody of itself. Around here it is one of those songs people can sing all the way through without knowing the performer's name. That is the definition of a track that has entered the shared memory.
