Today Cancer will once again cook the moussaka they burned two years ago, the first time they cooked for their partner. This time they'll stand by the oven and won't go off to check a single message. The partner will take another slice and won't mention the first moussaka.

Leo

Today Leo will take their mother to lunch at the restaurant she's been talking about for years, and will leave the ordering entirely to her. She'll order too much. They'll take the rest home in boxes, and their mother will be telling the neighbours about the lunch until Christmas.

Virgo

Today, for the first time, Virgo will be late - twenty minutes, for coffee with the group she usually waits for. She'll come in out of breath, with an apology prepared since the bus. Nobody will ask why she's late. They'll only ask if she's okay - and whether this could become a habit.

Libra

Today Libra should cancel the two film streaming services they pay for and haven't opened since summer. Each will take five minutes and one "Are you sure?" window. They're sure.

Scorpio

Today Scorpio will sit in the third row at the ballet school recital, where their niece has a role of four steps and one bow. They'll film on a phone shaking in their hand. When the child bows without tripping, Scorpio will have to put on sunglasses - in an indoor hall.

Sagittarius

Today Sagittarius will go to the first pottery class they signed up for in August "just for the fun of it." The clay will keep slipping from their hands, and the first plate will come out like an ashtray. They'll take it home and put it in the most visible spot in the living room.

Capricorn

Tonight at the quiz in the kafana, Capricorn will convince the team that the capital of Australia is Sydney. It isn't. The right answer will be known by the quietest person at the table, who'll say it once, under their breath, and nobody will hear. On the next question Capricorn will be the first to turn to them.

Today Aquarius will go to the village to shake walnuts down with their grandfather. By noon their hands will be black from the green husks and won't wash clean until Tuesday. They'll bring home a full bag of walnuts and a promise to come again next autumn.

Pisces

Today Pisces will make a spreadsheet of all their monthly spending and fill it in down to the last denar - from rent to vending-machine coffee. The total at the bottom will surprise them. Not by much, but enough to add a new column next month: "saved."
